Join us at the Rock Springs Public Library for a free hands-on demonstration of how to make sauerkraut with Dan Geffert from Geffert Catering. Dan will walk us through the process of turning cabbage to kraut using airless fermentation crocks, discuss the benefits of fermented foods and answer your fermentation questions. Taste some finished kraut, and leave with a recipe to make your own!
