Join us at the library on Thursday, February 18th at 6pm for Coffee 101. Jayson Moyer from Lodge Coffee Roasters will show us how to make a good cup of coffee and the different options; pourover, mokapot, aeropress, coffee drip maker, etc We will also learn how a simple thing like the grind or water temperature of your coffee can change the taste.
We will have a hands on workshop with the different methods and coffee will be available for purchase. We ask that you RSVP to the library at 522-5050.
