Join Jacob Franzen from Ski-Hi Fruit Farm on Thursday, October 12 at 6:30 pm at the Rock Springs Public Library for a free evening of education about apples. Jacob will talk about different varieties that excel in Wisconsin climates, small scale and personal apple production, and field questions from participants. Participants will have the opportunity to taste various varieties, and Jacob will demonstrate how to use the everyday apple including making applesauce and pie.
